Once we have confirmed our availability on your wedding date, you can use the form below to submit your wedding details. If you have not yet spoken with us, please contact us before using this page. After submitting this form, simply pay the booking fee via bank transfer, and your booking will be secure!
Please read the following information carefully before submitting your booking. It is important to us that you understand how our service works and that all the details are clear. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out with your enquiry so that we can assist you.
Important information
- Once we have received your form and the booking fee to secure your date and cover administration, your booking will be activated in our system.
- We recommend you include on your invitations that the bus service is available. Share the link or QR code to our accommodation list to help your guests choose somewhere within our service area. (Accommodation not on the list provided may incur an extra cost, subject to distance from the venue.) Ask your guests, if they are interested in this service, to advise you of the name of their accommodation (including the cottage name where relevant) for pickup and return.
- Provide us with your guest details using the form below no less than one month prior to your wedding.
- Providing your guest details will trigger the creation of your invoice, based on your requirements at this stage. We do not accept payments by individual guests on the day of travel. Payment of your invoice in full is required 14 days prior to your wedding.
- Please advise us if there are any last-minute changes. Depending on the logistics, we may or may not be able to add extra guests to the bus transfers after this stage.
- Pick-up times will be emailed to you during the week prior to your wedding, so that guests can be advised when the bus will pick them up.
- Guest transfer buses will arrive to the venue 15-30 minutes prior to your ceremony. The buses will return for the end of your reception. (Contact us about separate bridal party transfers and the photo bus service if required.)
- Return transfers include one inbound transfer to the ceremony and one outbound transfer at the end of the reception. Guests will be returned to their pick-up accommodation only, keeping everyone safe and sound.

Terms & Conditions
- An invoice will be issued and payment in full is to be received 14 days prior to the wedding date.
- Changes to guest numbers less than one month prior to the wedding date can only be accepted if we have available seats for the additional guests. Please keep us informed if guests change their requirements.
- Alcohol is not to be consumed on the buses and guests carrying drinks are prohibited from boarding. Violent or abusive guests will be prohibited from boarding at the driver’s discretion.
- You are liable for any damage or mess caused by your guests. Any costs incurred as a result of damage to vehicles or for cleaning up mess made by guests will be invoiced to you.
